Here at Sweet Wind Farm we produce maple syrup and other maple products, jams jellies made from our own fruit and herbs, and we grow our own homegrown fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers during the growing season. Maple products are available year 'round inside our sugarhouse. Our own eggs can be found in the deli cooler inside the door of the sugarhouse as well. Firewood (hardwood, cut, split, seasoned or green) and field stone, delivery available.
Maple Products
Pure maple syrup in food grade plastic jugs with handles:

Jams and Jellies
The flavors and types offered depend on what's available from our gardens and how long it lasts! We've had everything from Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Peach, to various combinations of. We usually make pumpkin and apple butters every year, to unusual types such as Quince and Lemon Herb.
Eggs
A pretty combination of brown, white, and even blue come from our own various breeds of hens.
Produce
The growing season usually starts out with Strawberries in June, proceeding to various lettuces, zucchini, summer squash, cucumbers, beans, blueberries, raspberries, and more after that. We usually grow all kinds of tomatoes, from the large slicing kind, heirloom types, cherry and grape, and plums. Peppers of all kinds, kale, swiss chard, onions, basil, dill, parsley and other herbs, and pumpkins, gourds, and winter squashes bring the growing season to a close in October.
Flowers
Several different types of sunflowers are grown at our farm, from the traditional yellow to the gorgeous orange/yellow with chocolate centers, to the fuzzy "teddy bear" kind. A cut flower garden includes zinnias, cosmos, salvia, snapdragons, and more.
Firewood
We sell any amount you need, from small campfire or fireplace bundles, to dump truck load of cord wood. The bundles can be picked up here. Cord wood is cut, split, seasoned hardwood, delivered to a local address.
Field Stone
Good ole New England field stone makes a great medium in which to build stone walls, retaining walls, patios, fireplaces and more. We have flat and round, and small to large sized stone. Available either by the pallet full, dump truck load, or individually. Make an appointment to come and view what available to make your selection. You can either pick up yourself, or arrange for delivery. Prices negotiable and dependant on what size/amount you are looking for.
